Business Development Officer
Your Responsibilities:
You will develop and execute business development strategies and go-to-market plans, consolidated price offerings and business models tailored to various segments and locations for our Hospital Network market.
You will identify and evaluate potential partners, projects, and strategic alliances with hospitals, nephrologist groups, and other key stakeholders.
You are to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, serving as the main point of contact for our Hospital Network Accounts.
You will lead the full expansion cycle, from lead generation to deal closing. While tracking performance metrics and ensuring alignment with operations, marketing, and technical teams.
You will channel full FME Ecosystem offering, by consolidating proposals from our In-Center, Home (PD) and Critical Care teams
Your Profile:
You possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Medical, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
You must possess 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry with strong knowledge of the overall renal market.
You can demonstrate success in driving business growth and executing expansion initiatives.
You must have excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
You are experienced in managing multiple key accounts simultaneously and able to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments
You must be proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office
You are willing to travel as needed, and must hold a valid drivers license
