Business Analyst

Convert complex business processes into clear, structured, and automation-ready system workflows, while embedding AI-driven intelligence to improve decision-making, efficiency, and user experience. Ensure that business and technical requirements are well-defined, risks are identified and managed, and solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and technically viable. Work closely with stakeholders from Finance, HR, Operations, and Application Development to design, document, and implement AI-enabled, workflow-driven enterprise systems that support digital transformation, operational excellence, and continuous process optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Engineering, or any closely related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Process Improvement roles
• Proven experience in: Requirements gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows), Business process analysis and re-engineering, Translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience working with: Enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement, Asset, CRM, or similar platforms), Workflow-driven or case-management systems.
• Experience supporting: System enhancements, change requests, and new feature rollouts and UAT, validation, and business sign-off.
• Experience collaborating with: Developers, QA, Operations, Finance, HR, and other business units.
• Strong background in: Process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), Gap analysis and impact assessment, Data validation and reporting support
