About Our Client

They have nearly two decades of experience in managing communities, with a focus on understanding the need for communication, attention to detail, and care. They assist Boards and Homeowners by partnering together, with a clear understanding of expectations and needs.

Were looking for an Assistant Property Manager to provide support in the following activities:

  • Manage the full board meeting workflow from start to finish, including scheduling, attendance tracking, minute taking, and action item follow-up.
  • Compile and prepare board packets, ensuring all required documents are collected and organized.
  • Handle document requests and obtain required signatures.
  • Maintain and update calendars for all assigned associations.
  • Extract, interpret, and summarize key information from meeting minutes.
  • Manage the portal, including uploading, organizing, maintaining, and updating all the documents and records.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including RFID processing, key processing, mailings, and related duties.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

  • Regular Schedule: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PH Time
  • Daylight Saving: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. PH Time
  • You will be expected to complete 15-20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • At least 2 years of experience in general administrative roles.
  • Previous experience with transcription (meetings, calls, etc.)
  • Previous experience in property management is highly preferred.
  • Solid typing skills.
  • High level of English comprehension.
  • Someone diligent who can follow protocols.

Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
