• Process PO, non‑PO, and manually matched invoices accurately.
• Monitor and resolve match/hold exceptions.
• Ensure invoice compliance with company policies and accounting controls.
• Process prepayments and maintain prepaid invoice tracking.
• Review and monitor AP ageing, ensuring follow‑through on pending items.
• Support AP‑related month‑end closing tasks.
• Audit expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Handle internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

A Successful AP Accountant

• Immediately Available to start
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable or finance experience (preferred).
• Strong administrative discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a shared services environment.
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
