Accountabilities

Responsibilities & Skills

The general accounting position will handle and maintain books of accounts of Lattice Malaysia both considering the US GAAP and Local Malaysia IFRS, including but not limited to compliance to policies and guidelines and SOX internal controls. He also needs to ensure local statutory compliance as its entity has separate tax rules.

• Handles Employee Services related to Concur claims and reimbursements, payroll validation and verification, coordination of employee related inquiries and compliance.
• Prepare all related Journal entries needed for the month end close within the expected close deadlines.
• Analyze Trends, variances and Balances of Lattice Malaysia GL accounts
• Cash Management of Lattice Malaysia including but not limited to cash forecast, ensuring timely collection of funds needed for the disbursement, timely conversion and payout for payroll and statutory payments.
• Cash entries for Lattice Malaysia and Lattice Canada that should be done thru Journal Entries.
• Cost plus billing and calculation-based spending
• Intercompany transactions, billings and payments
• Fixed asset forecast as aligned with the worldwide fixed asset accountant
• Processing of Invoices of LPG for non-PO including but not limited to resolution of fall outs from BOT processing.
• Reconciliation of various accounts of Lattice Malaysia in Blackline.
• Coordinate with Tax team on the compliance requirements.
• Support Corporate audit and local audits requirement of Lattice Malaysia
• Assist with special projects & other duties as assigned
  
  

• Bachelor of Science Accountancy. CPA is an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related fields
• At least 5 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry.
• Advantage on the experience in Oracle, Blackline system
• Strong understanding of safety engineering requirements for electrical, mechanical, chemical, and physical hazards.
• Has the ability to participate in a cross-functional team environment, effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective English in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work & lead in a Global fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
