Responsibilities & Skills

Prepare and issue manual invoices accurately and on time.

Will handle the calculation and analysis of Sales Representative commissions

Point of contact on customer inquiry and resolution

Handle forecasting of Sales Representative Commission,

Will do month end close, journal entries and reporting including recompilations

Monitoring of Customer Aging and reconciliations

Maintain proper documentation of manual invoices and credit memo

Responsible to SOX and compliance related to commission and customers
