Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Office of the CEO, the Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager is a critical liaison between Pinnacle Intelligence and our most valued automotive partners. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring our AI-driven solutions deliver maximum value while providing executive leadership with direct visibility into client satisfaction and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership principals, general managers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain deep, long-lasting relationships based on honesty and a thorough understanding of each clients business goals.
  • Represent the Office of the CEO in client interactions, ensuring professional alignment between Pinnacles vision and client needs.


2. Performance Consulting & Analysis:

  • Monitor client performance metrics and translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for dealership leadership.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to present ROI, highlight successes, and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Utilize documentation and objective data to steer client conversations and internal strategy.


3. Strategic Growth & Retention:

  • Identify opportunities to expand Pinnacles footprint within existing accounts by introducing new AI features and automation tools.
  • Manage the contract renewal process, ensuring long-term partnership stability.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to account health through consistent communication and proactive problem-solving.


4. Executive Reporting & Internal Synergy:

  • Provide the Office of the CEO with regular updates on account status, growth potential, and competitive feedback.
  • Communicate with clarity and purpose, utilizing both real-time (Sync) and time-shifted (Async) methods to ensure efficiency across the team.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure the "Pit Crew" is supported and focused on the same route.


Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience: 3–5 years (Account Manager) or 7+ years (Sr. Account Manager) of experience in Account Management or Client Success, preferably within the Automotive, BPO, or SaaS sectors.
  • Analytical Mastery: A strong preference for data-informed decision-making over personal opinion.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; mastery of providing full context to minimize confusion.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to map out processes and maintain high-quality records to keep all stakeholders on the right path.
  • Professionalism: High degree of integrity and the ability to act as a direct representative of the CEOs office.
