Sourcing Specialist

Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition

Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who will manage and optimize sourcing channels to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality talent. This role requires strategic thinking and creativity, especially in leveraging digital platforms and branding techniques to attract top candidates. You will shift into high gear by building strong sourcing networks, accelerate with precision through data-driven channel performance, and steer with integrity and respect in every candidate interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, niche platforms) to meet hiring goals.
• Optimize channel performance by analyzing metrics and adjusting strategies for maximum efficiency and reach.
• Leverage digital marketing and branding techniques to enhance employer brand visibility and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with recruitment and marketing teams to create engaging content for sourcing campaigns.
• Maintain candidate engagement through respectful and transparent communication, ensuring a positive experience.
• Stay updated on sourcing trends and technologies, introducing innovative tools to keep our talent acquisition in high gear.
• Build and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and communities to expand sourcing networks.
• Ensure compliance and integrity in all sourcing activities, adhering to company standards and ethical practices.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing and channel management, preferably in a fast-paced environment for a minimum of 5 years.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and employer branding is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ATS systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to accelerate with precision in evaluating channel performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrating respect and integrity.
• Creative mindset with the ability to innovate sourcing approaches and adapt to changing market trends.
• Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a mid-shift work schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (or adjusted based on operational requirement).
