Position Summary:
The BDC Sales Manager is a middle management leader responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of our BDC Sales team. This role is a direct intersection of strategy and execution, focused on leading and mentoring our BDC Sales Operations Leads to ensure their teams consistently meet and exceed sales and appointment-setting targets. The BDC Sales Manager will be a hands-on manager, a data-driven strategist, and a process-oriented leader who is fully accountable for the teams sales performance and operational success.
