Job Description

  • Develop clear, engaging, and brand‑aligned content for corporate communication platforms — internal (intranet, newsletters, announcements) and external (press releases, website, social channels).
  • Manage and maintain all corporate communication platforms, ensuring timely and consistent dissemination of information.
  • Collaborate closely with Corporate Team members (Corporate Affairs, Corporate Human Resources, Corporate Legal, Corporate Finance, Corporate Audit) to support strategic communication initiatives.
  • Ensure all communication materials align with corporate messaging, tone, and brand identity.
  • Support corporate communications efforts through effective storytelling and message development.
  • Monitor communication performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and impact.

Education

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or multimedia production within a corporate or agency environment.

Creative And Technical Proficiency

  • Proven skills in content production, including copywriting, graphic design, photography, and video editing for various digital and print platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent multimedia tools such as Canva; familiarity with content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in video production and editing; familiarity with the use of video editing apps like CapCut, Canva, Movie Editor, or iMovie, or any similar apps.
  • Storytelling Ability: Strong sense of visual and narrative storytelling that aligns with brand identity and corporate messaging.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex ideas and business messages into engaging, on‑brand multimedia content.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for design, quality, and brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
  • Collaboration & Project Management: Strong organizational and coordination skills; able to work cross‑functionally with marketing, CSR, and other teams to deliver timely and high‑impact communication materials.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English; ability to adapt tone and format for different audiences and media.
  • Innovation & Initiative: Passion for creative excellence and continuous improvement, staying updated on design trends and emerging digital communication technologies.
