Your mission

As a Founders Associate (all genders), you will work closely with our Co-Founder & CEO, Ivor van Dartel, supporting him in a variety of strategic and operational tasks. Acting as his closest ally, you will support the companys growth as a co-pilot and keep his back free wherever you can. You will gain a deep understanding of managing a high-growth start-up like VÆRIDION and play an active role in shaping the companys success.

• Support the Co-Founder & CEO in leading the company and evolve into the companys operational backbone.
• Act as the right hand of the Co-Founder & CEO during meetings with internal and external stakeholders such as investors, politicians, academic and industry partners, consultants, and applicants. Handle action items and become the main point of contact for these stakeholders.
• Manage company affairs such as real estate, insurances, and mobility to ensure the management team can focus on core activities.
• Represent VÆRIDION on the European stage as needed, advocating for electric flight and collaborating with industry partners towards zero-emission aviation.
• Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the smooth operation of daily business activities.

• Study degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Ideally first working experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on mentality together with an attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Fluent German and English skills.

VÆRIDION is a fast-growing deep tech start-up based in Munich, Germany. Since the restrictions by law on CO₂ emissions for domestic and short-haul air travel will stimulate Green Regional Air Mobility, we believe its our mission to provide an aircraft for Zero emission regional flights.
At VÆRIDION our goal is to develop, build and certify a full electric microliner carrying up to 9 passengers for Short-Haul and Regional Air Mobility by 2030. A full electric microliner is cleaner and cheaper to operate than other aeroplanes in its class, it provides a better travel experience door to door up to 500 km. We offer new optimized design based on proven principles, around proven and available technology in electric motors and batteries, that brings lowest risk and shortest route to certification.
