Job Description

Ensuring Adherence to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Ensuring board-level compliance with SEBI guidelines, Secretarial Standards, FEMA and Companies act 2013
Managing whistleblower policies and ethical reporting mechanisms
Coordinating with all stakeholders ad ensuring timely compliance of all company secretarial related compliances.
Identifying compliance risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Review the compliance status of various plants and entities with the local and global regulations
Assist in digitization of the compliance requirements and monitoring.
Maintaining and updating MIS of legal cases and review with the senior managers.
Support the various units by providing timely legal support on contracts and quick advice on legal matters.
Liasoning and maintaining relations with external lawyers and counsels.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the companys operations.
