India is one of our fastest‑growing markets, and we are now seeking a Country Manager to strengthen our presence and accelerate sales across the region.

Your impactYour main responsibilities include:

  • Growing sales in India in alignment with the global sales strategy
  • Leading and developing the India team with the mandate to expand the team
  • Driving direct sales to OEMs (Air Handling Unit manufacturers) and selected key accounts
  • Managing and supporting several well‑established distributors serving the retrofit and industrial market (F&B, automotive, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Executing structured sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
  • Representing NOVENCO in customer meetings, presentations, consultant engagements and industry events

What drives successYou are a commercial and technical leader who thrives in a hands‑on, international environment. You bring:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
  • Experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with fans, AHUs or associated ventilation technology
  • A strong track record in sales leadership
  • Proven experience growing OEM partnerships and/or developing distributor networks
  • A structured, data‑driven approach to sales.

ContextYou’ll join our APAC organisation and report directly to the Sales Director – APAC. You will lead a team of 3 highly skilled sales engineers in our office in India and collaborate closely with Global Sales support and R&D Design To Order (DTO) when needed.
