Role Summary

In the Operations role, you will coordinate with insurers to monitor and follow up on commission payments. You will ensure accurate reconciliation of policy and financial records. You will represent Aon with professionalism in all external communications, demonstrating our dedication to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurers through email, Microsoft Teams calls, and personal visits to understand and track the status of commission payouts.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external insurer counterparts to resolve discrepancies related to commission and policy transactions.
• Reconcile multiple sets of databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of commission and policy-related records.
• Monitor policy activities and commission changes to ensure timely and accurate payouts.
• Maintain clear documentation and records of follow-ups, reconciliations, and communications.
• Represent Aon professionally when communicating with insurers, embodying Aon values in every form of interaction and engagement.
  
  

• 2–3 years of prior experience in a similar role involving commission tracking, policy reconciliation, or insurance-related financial operations is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of insurance policy transactions and associated financial processes.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to reconcile and work with multiple data sources.
• Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) to effectively liaise with insurers and internal collaborators.
• Professional demeanor and ability to manage external relationships while upholding Aon’s standards and values.
