Were looking for a trailer editor who can take 60–90 minutes of raw conversation and distill it into a 60-second punch that earns the watch

Your Role:

• Cut high-energy trailers and teasers from raw episode footage that make people hit play.
• Find the hook: the line, the reaction, the split-second moment that carries the whole episode.
• Experiment with pacing, music, and visual rhythm to develop a signature trailer style for The Creator Room.
• Collaborate on full episode cuts when needed, your storytelling instincts carry across formats.
• Manage multiple edits in the pipeline and deliver on schedule without sacrificing quality.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of professional video editing (YouTube, podcasts, or talk shows preferred).
• Strong portfolio that shows your style + storytelling chops.
• Mastery in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple edits and still deliver clean, high-quality work.

Bonus: Motion graphics chops, sound design sensibility, or experience editing creator economy / business content.
