What You’ll Do

As a Team Experience Partner supporting the Primary Connect business, primarily based in Laverton, you will act as a strategic collaborator for site leadership across our Victorian distribution centres. You will coach and advise leaders to navigate complex problems and drive key people initiatives across the region. Within this fast-paced environment, you’ll leverage data and insights to future-proof the business, ensuring a dynamic, highly adaptable workforce that delivers on both state and national strategic priorities.

  • Implement people change initiatives and strategies that attract, develop and retain talent
  • Partner with Leaders for the effective delivery of people strategies including aligning performance, capability, engagement and talent initiatives with a commercial and continuous improvement approach
  • Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline
  • Provide actionable insights to Leaders on trends in People data and provide support and coaching to act on this data
  • Act as an escalation point for urgent, high priority or sensitive people matters including Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations (ER) matters
  • Build effective and productive relationships with union partners and stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a People and Culture Business Partner role with the ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational approach
  • Comfort in fast-paced environments, with the flexibility to shift context quickly and maintain high momentum
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and trust to land high-impact, strategic initiatives
  • A team player with a continuous improvement mindset and a positive attitude
