Role Overview

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position partners cross-functionally to analyze complex datasets, build dashboards and visualizations, and translate insights into strategic recommendations that drive business performance, customer engagement, and growth.

What Youll Do

• Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to track key metrics such as enrollment, retention, and churn while building scalable data pipelines
• Develop dashboards, retention cohorts, and predictive models to forecast performance and improve customer lifetime value and segmentation strategies
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders while supporting marketing, CRM, and acquisition analytics initiatives

Who You Are

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experienced in analyzing retention, churn, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
• Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
