RCM Business Analyst

Gastro Health is seeking a Full-Time RCM Business Analyst to join our team!

Duties You Will Be Responsible For

• Create and maintain Revenue Cycle Management reports and dashboards for various business units
• Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup, and governance to ensure data integrity
• Proactively identify automation opportunities and process improvements to enhance system efficiencies
• Support day-to-day operational needs and requests of the RCM team
• Contribute to department goals of meeting key metrics
• Elicit cross-functional stakeholder business needs into well defined, meaningful requirements
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related discipline
• 3-5 years Revenue Cycle Management experience
• Experience with practice management systems
