A day in the life of...
Serve as SPOCs in terms of Data & Analytics for Markets and Central stakeholders in relation to digital power properties present in the Business Digital Ecosystem (websites and mobile apps).
Working as a domain expert for web and mobile apps analytics – working on business and technical definitions of KPIs connected to web/mobile app users, their engagement, the definitions of conversions and the main core business objectives.
Working with the Product Owners on identifying key opportunities for product improvements and verifying the effectiveness of introduced changes.
Supporting the process of A/B testing features or campaigns with choosing the right metrics to optimise, setting up the tracking, analysis of the results and providing recommendations.
Cooperating with Engineers on tracking specifications, making sure they’re built according to our standards.
Working with Data Engineers supporting other pillars on a daily basis to ensure data quality and goals alignment.
Execute website optimization process regarding to brief from Business/Market, build, explain and deliver reports according to goals with high agreed quality and First-Time-Right
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and documentation
Create recommendations and insights based on agreed KPIs and business objectives
Create detailed guide for technical team who are responsible for implementing recommendations upon business approval
Cooperate between different team(Business/Market, technical agency, IBS team) to make sure that implementing necessary recommendations will be deliver on time and with high quality
Organize and run trainigns with Nestlé internal and external third parties on selected topics
Support continuous data validation processes to assure data quality and accuracy
What Will Make You Successful
University Degree ideally specialized in Marketing, Public Relations, and/or Computer Science, Maths or any other related fields
2+ years of experience in Digital Technologies and Data & Analytics fields (focused in Website and Mobile Apps analytics)
Deep understanding of using data visualisation tools (Google Data studio, Power BI), product analytics dashboarding is a plus.
Basic SQL knowledge
Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (Universal Analytics and GA4)
Project Management skills and knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of Google Optimize and experience doing A/B testing
Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager
Proven Web Analytics experince (previous projects and experience)
Basic understanding on how website data layer works in Drupal CMS
High mathematical/analytical skills
Understanding marketing processes
High communication skills and coordination of multiple stakeholders in complex and fast changing environments
Data warehouse and cloud solutions basic understanding (GCP, BigQuery, Azure)
Would be a plus: Experience in SEO, Marketing in food industries, HTML, CSS. Ability to work with ticketing and workflow tool (Jira, Sharepoint, Azure).
