A day in the life of...
Managing end to end talent acquisition for senior level & confidential vacancies. Leading & coaching a team of talent acquisition professionals to ensure the successful delivery of Talent Acquisition services for NBS & Nestle Philippines. Ensuring the Total Service Quality, governance & compliance, efficiency & effectiveness for TA Services. Managing positive relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Team leadership: Monitor metrics and KPIs to lead the team in accomplishing objectives. Manage team capacity and optimize team effectiveness through the allocation of responsibilities. Evaluate individual team member performance, provide guidance, coaching and support to drive retention and successful achievement of KPIs. Engage team members to determine development and career goals, identify and support development opportunities.
Total Service Quality: Manage talent acquisition activities for assigned positions, proactively partnering with key stakeholders to facilitate effective and efficient recruitment. Ensure the team applies appropriate processes and tools to provide best in class Talent Acquisition services.
Address stakeholder feedback and resolve escalations. Implement effective measures to improve services. Maintain awareness on industry trends, best practices to and talent market insights to provide recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives. Support team members as they implement projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor and partner in talent acquisition. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Provide regular updates, manage feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on effective recruitment strategies. Effectively communicate recruitment insights, trends and recommendations providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Supplier Management: Proactively manage external supplier relationships and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with finance and procurement requirements. Identify opportunities to minimize spend whilst maintaining effective talent acquisition services.
Internal Control & Compliance: Monitor controls and compliance. Ensure the team comply with relevant employment laws and regulations as well as Nestlé standards, processes, and guidelines. Ensure the team comply with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of candidate information. Perform routine data audits to employee data are up-to-date and accurate (including trackers, CATS, Kronos).
