A day in the life of...

• Provides in depth analysis for complex request and help the business identify the appropriate approach
• Provides technical solution/assistance to the user in case on issues and concerns
• Performs as a frontliner in translating business needs to technical aspect of SAP and vice versa
• Provides trend analysis and propose process improvements in line with NCE best practices
• Performs internal quality management activities
• Ensures proper handling of tickets and emails in queue
  
  

• Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
• System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues
• Project management skills
• Quick learner and ability to adapt to challenging environments
• Able to handle pressures and demands from multiple customers and competing priorities
• With strong customer orientation and exceptional commitment to deliver timely & quality service
• Exposure on Best Practices implementation within the team
• Can work with minimum supervision
• With good interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical and with strong problem-solving skills
