Position Summary

Leads and executes transition projects for IMS (including but not limited to Project Gazelle, Project Pearl etc.) ensuring transition deliverables are generated on time and with required quality, according to the transition methodology and E2E solution framework, in order to maximize process simplification / standardization, service quality / consistency and cost effectiveness.

IMS Flow Transition Project Planning, Tracking and Reporting

For each transition project --> Successful migration of the agreed services to IMS, according to agreed timelines and scope:

• Collaborate with IMS Lead and Managers in all needs related to managing stakeholders for the given projects.
• Provide supporting information and data for Transition Reports and Dashboards to monitor Transition Projects
• Working on project details including but not limited to Virtual Presentations, Feasibility Studies, FTE Computation, Drafting K2 Forms, and Creating Full Transition Plans
• Ensures on time transition preparation activities for the project, including Project Charter and Business Case.
• Participates when needed in transition reviews and Governance meetings, with project team members and stakeholders.
• Escalates project issues and scope changes to the relevant stakeholders on a needed basis
• Participates in readiness assessment reviews and Governance meetings when needed.
• Provides the necessary support and data for business case monitoring.
  
  

• Ensure service delivery is aligned with Best Practices, and solutions are deployed consistently across the transitioned markets / processes
• Participate in identifying action plan to address particular deviations and take responsibility on those actions when relevant.
  
  

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Marketing for relevant functions
• Experience with Project Planning and Project Deployment
• Project Management capabilities
• Experience of work with Stakeholders in a matrixed organization
