A day in the life of...

• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
• Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities and escalate to team lead as necessary.
• Executes validation & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes
• Ensures proper documentation of processes with necessary reviews and approvals.
• Conducts functional training for employees who are new to the operations (i.e. new hires & transfers).
• Gathers and analyses transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

What will make you successful

• Bachelors Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to delivery quality service
• With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
• Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment 
• Strong team playerand able to adapt to different levels in the organization
• Experience from a shared service company
• At least two years SAP HR/Payroll system experience
• Able to work on any shift
