A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Communications Specialist working for Siemens Energy in Mexico, you will drive the tactical execution of the local communications strategy in Mexico while serving as a central project management support for the broader Latin American region. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of branding and external positioning initiatives, such as social media, thought leadership and event management, connecting our local strategies with the companys global vision.

In addition to local execution, this position supports the regional communications hub by helping to orchestrate cross-border campaigns, driving agile project delivery, and integrating advanced AI tools to scale content creation and digital strategy. It is a dynamic, high-impact role at the center of energy transformation, designed to amplify the brands presence across multiple channels and markets.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the development and execution of Mexico’s communications and positioning strategy, aligned with Siemens Energy global priorities.
• Drive key campaigns in Mexico and across Latin America in close collaboration with regional and global communications teams.
• Plan, manage, and execute internal and external events (thought leadership, positioning, branding, and employer branding).
• Integrate advanced AI tools to enhance content generation, campaign optimization, social listening, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support digital communications and social media campaigns by producing engaging content, managing channels, and monitoring KPIs to grow reach and engagement.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in Corporate Communications, ideally in a multinational environment.
• Project management: Strong ability to lead complex communications initiatives end-to-end across a matrixed region; familiarity with agile ways of working is a plus.
• Branding & events: Hands-on experience in corporate branding, end-to-end event planning, and industrial communications.
  
  
  
  
  

• Tools & mindset: Proficient with generative AI for communications (strategy, content scaling, automation); creative, proactive, independent, and solution-oriented; fluent in English and Spanish.
