What the day will look like
Aon’s Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team is comprised of six areas: Pharmacy, Audit, Clinical/Wellbeing, Compliance & Policy Consulting, Time Away & Life Solutions and Innovation. While this role will primarily support our Compliance & Policy Consulting Team (CPC), there is an opportunity to support additional IIS areas and
Engage In a Wide Variety Of Legal Health And Labor Topics Including Pharmacy Laws, Compliance And Due Diligence Of Health And Welfare Protocols Such As Below
Provide project coordination and day to day support for client projects, helping ensure timelines, priorities, and results are well organized and progressing as planned.
Document Preparation & Technical Support - Drafting memos, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients and Collaborating with our Research Coordinator to contribute to the development of white papers, articles, and thought leadership pieces.
Work in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment that requires learning new topics frequently, staying organized, and leading multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality work by keeping project timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deliverables are in Aon-brand standards, visually appealing and easy to understand.
Participate in knowledge sharing, training sessions, and internal meetings to build expertise .

Required Experience

English proficiency (B2 or higher level) in both verbal and written communication.
Exceptional analytical, research, and communicative competence.
Proven skills in handling projects and managing schedules with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet tools).
Proven experience within business, benefits, insurance, or a related field.
Familiarity with US healthcare system, benefits policies and regulatory compliance concepts in different US states.
Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
