Salary: P40,000 - 50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years in as coordinator in a Healthcare Industry equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in rostering, workforce coordination, administration, or similar roles (health, aged care, or NDIS) -ESSENTIAL
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements in Aged Care and/or NDIS environments
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with systems and data
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

What will you do? You’ll also handle:

  • You’ll own day-to-day rostering and workforce coordination, including:
    • Creating, managing, and adjusting rosters in line with client needs, care plans, and award/EBA requirements
    • Responding quickly to absences, emergencies, leave, and last-minute changes
    • Filling shifts promptly and monitoring daily workforce coverage
    • Communicating schedules and changes clearly to staff
    • Maintaining accurate rostering data for payroll processing
    • Workforce coordination with service managers and staff
    • Maintaining accurate staff availability, preferences, and restrictions
    • Reviewing data to identify errors or system issues and improving data quality
    • Managing kilometre reimbursement claims, reconciling travel logs with rosters, and preparing approved data for payroll
    • Supporting compliance, reporting, audits, and general administration tasks
