About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer wiith SEO experience to join our

team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for publishing articles and service pages, this is an important

part of the job.

Our content writing and design team creates articles and they need to be published to blogs,

sometimes service pages.

Other tasks include maintaining WordPress websites, fixing errors, performing website migrations,

building new WordPress websites, and implementing SEO best practices.

This role requires a strong technical foundation and practical experience with WordPress, PHP, and

related web technologies.

Technical Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

â WordPress: Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress development and

maintenance

â PHP & MySQL: Strong proficiency in backend development

â HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Frontend development capabilities

â cPanel: Server administration experience

â DNS Management: Experience with Cloudflare, A-records, and DNS migrations

â Elementor: Proficiency in theme building and speed optimization

â Website Migration: Complete experience with server changes, domain transfers,

and content migration

â Version Control: Experience with Git or similar systems

â Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical

issues

â Hardware: Fast computer and reliable internet connection

SEO Knowledge

â Understanding of do-follow vs. no-follow links

â Knowledge of indexing directives (noindex vs. doindex)

â Experience creating optimized title tags and meta descriptions (with GPT tools)

â Basic understanding of SEO best practices for WordPress sites

Key Responsibilities

Website Maintenance (40%)

â Monitor and maintain existing WordPress websites

â Apply updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins

â Troubleshoot and fix website errors and issues

â Implement security best practices to prevent website hacking

â Perform regular backups and recovery testing

Website Speed Optimization (20%)

â Optimize Elementor-based websites for maximum performance

â Implement caching solutions and CDN configurations

â Optimize images and media for faster loading

â Minimize CSS/JS for improved page speed

â Conduct regular speed testing and implement improvements

Website Migrations & Development (20%)

â Perform full website migrations between servers and domains

â Configure DNS settings using Cloudflare and other providers

â Ensure all content, functionality, and design elements are preserved during

Migrations

â Build new WordPress websites from scratch

â Customize themes and develop custom plugins as needed

SEO Implementation & Content Management (10%)

â Implement technical SEO best practices

â Configure proper link structures and attributes

â Assist with article publishing and content updates

â Maintain SEO-friendly site architecture

PBN Setup & Maintenance (10%)

â Set up and maintain Private Blog Networks

â Ensure proper configuration and security

â Manage links and content across the network

â Monitor performance and make adjustments as needed
