ABOUT YOU:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Website Implementation Specialist to lead the successful delivery of upgrading client web projects from sales hand-off all the way through final launch and post launch. In this position, you will act as the central administrator of the deployment lifecycle, managing timelines, guiding cross-functional technical teams, ensuring excellent customer experience during accelerated rollouts of several projects, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. You will make sure projects stay on track; technical needs are clearly communicated, and final outcomes align with each client's business goals. Lastly, you will align project outcomes with each client's core business objectives while expediting deployment to maximize the immediate benefits of our products and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Customer Experience & Implementation Excellence: Own the end to end customer implementation journey by delivering an effortless, transparent, and highly responsive experience. Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, clear expectation setting, timely follow ups, probing for their desired outcomes and pain points and customer advocacy to ensure every client feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the implementation process.
  • Rapid Deployment & Execution: Drive the timely execution of multiple website implementations by effectively prioritizing work, removing blockers, and coordinating resources to meet aggressive launch timelines. Balance speed with quality by maintaining operational excellence, minimizing rework, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule.
  • Project Governance & Lifecycle Management: Manage the full deployment lifecycle for several website projects at once. Set clear milestones, track progress, and address potential risks early to avoid scope creep or launch delays.
  • Client Onboarding & Requirement Gathering: Facilitate kickoff meetings to gather technical requirements, content materials, and brand guidelines. Turn complex technical details into clear, actionable steps for clients who may not have a technical background.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as the main link between clients and our internal development, UX/UI, and SEO teams. Oversee task assignments, manage the production flow, and confirm that asset delivery fits within development sprints.
  • Quality Assurance & Launch Readiness: Carry out detailed pre-launch checks to confirm that site architecture, forms, integrations, and responsive design meet all specifications before going live.
  • Data-Driven Progress Tracking: Keep real-time project metrics updated in our tracking software. Provide regular weekly progress reports to leadership on project speed, blockers, and anything that is crucial to launching the client’s site within the target.
  • Post-Launch Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition after launch by conducting structured walkthroughs of the site environment, helping clients understand and manage their new digital platform. Support the client during the preliminary stages of the transition after they launch by being available and consultative to their desired outcomes.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience managing technical projects, digital rollouts, or web development lifecycles in an agency or SaaS environment, with a demonstrated ability to deliver successful customer outcomes while balancing business priorities.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience by building trust with the clients and the teams they work with, anticipating customer needs, and advocating for solutions that drive long-term success. Demonstrates ownership of the customer journey by proactively communicating, removing obstacles, and ensuring customers feel supported throughout implementation.
  • Rapid Deployment & Execution: Proven ability to execute high volume implementations in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience. Demonstrates strong prioritization skills, adaptability, and sound decision making to meet aggressive launch timelines without compromising operational excellence.
  • Advanced Customer Service & Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities with a proven history of managing demanding or non-technical clients. Maintains composure, empathy, patience, and a solutions-oriented approach when working through complex customer situations while fostering positive, collaborative relationships with clients and teammates.
  • Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of modern web technologies, CMS platforms, DNS configuration, and API integrations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer friendly language that promotes understanding and confidence.
  • Workflow Management: Proven ability to manage production schedules using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies while balancing customer expectations, delivery timelines, and operational priorities. Experience using enterprise project management and collaboration tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings, set clear expectations, provide proactive status updates, navigate difficult conversations professionally, and build confidence with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to quickly identify production challenges, implement effective operational solutions, and make customer focused decisions that minimize risk and maximize overall satisfaction.
