Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, sort, and process POD documents from delivery operations.
• Ensure POD documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain organized filing and tracking of hardcopy and electronic POD records.
• Receive, inspect, record, and secure returned products in accordance with company procedures.
• Update inventory and returns records in warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and clients regarding POD discrepancies and returned goods issues.
• Support inventory reconciliation, audits, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and document control procedures.
  
  
  

• Graduate of any business, logistics, or related course preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, document processing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of POD management returns processing, and inventory documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.
