Job Description
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and equipment.
- Assist in the training of new waitstaff as needed.
- Process orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials to provide recommendations to guests.
- MUST BE WILLING TO EMPLOYED UNDER AGENCY

- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Waitering, Hospitality Skills, Customer Oriented, Excellent Communication Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple tables and maintain high service standards
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require evening and weekend shifts
