About The Role
We are seeking a creative and high-energy Junior Social Media & Business Development Associate. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating viral content but isnt afraid to pick up the phone to drive business growth. You will use CapCut to produce engaging B2B content while actively cold calling potential clients to introduce our services and book discovery meetings.
What will you do?
Design and edit professional short-form videos (LinkedIn clips, Reels, and Case Studies) using CapCut to position our brand as an industry leader.
Manage our professional social media presence to attract business owners and decision-makers.
Proactively call potential clients/businesses to pitch our business solutions.
Identify and research new business opportunities, maintaining a clean pipeline of prospective clients.
Successfully transition cold calls into scheduled meetings for the senior leadership team.
Skills Required
Advanced skills in CapCut (speed ramping, text-to-speech, and professional transitions).
A fearless approach to cold calling; you must be able to navigate "gatekeepers" and speak confidently with business owners.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and stay motivated through high-volume outreach.
Ability to write professional, persuasive captions and cold outreach scripts.
Experience of at least 1-2 years in Sales, Business Development, or Social Media Marketing.
