Prior experience in utility coordination, telecom/civil infrastructure, permitting, or related fields is a plus.
What will you do?
Coordinate with utility providers to request and obtain records, maps, and documentation of existing substructures (telecom, electrical, water, gas, etc.).
Maintain accurate logs of requests, responses, schedules, and supporting documentation to ensure complete traceability and timely follow-up.
Use Excel and other internal tools to organize, manage, and report utility data with consistency and accuracy.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with external utility contacts to clarify requests, resolve discrepancies, and drive timely responses.
Collaborate closely with internal project teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders to ensure information is distributed correctly and deadlines are met.
Review received documentation for completeness and accuracy; flag missing/unclear items and take ownership of corrective follow-up.
Support continuous improvement of tracking processes and documentation standards to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
