Utility Coordination Specialist US Telecommunications WFH

Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time (8:00 AM - 5:00PM PST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in utility coordination, telecom, civil infrastructure, permitting, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and catch inconsistencies.
• High level of organization and strong time-management skills; ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, confident tone when working with external providers and internal teams.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (tracking logs, filters, sorting, reporting, etc.).
• Team-player mindset; collaborative, helpful, and reliable in a fast-moving project environment.
• Strong work ethics; consistent follow-through, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
• Prior experience in utility coordination, telecom/civil infrastructure, permitting, or related fields is a plus.
  
  

What will you do?

• Coordinate with utility providers to request and obtain records, maps, and documentation of existing substructures (telecom, electrical, water, gas, etc.).
• Maintain accurate logs of requests, responses, schedules, and supporting documentation to ensure complete traceability and timely follow-up.
• Use Excel and other internal tools to organize, manage, and report utility data with consistency and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with external utility contacts to clarify requests, resolve discrepancies, and drive timely responses.
• Collaborate closely with internal project teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders to ensure information is distributed correctly and deadlines are met.
• Review received documentation for completeness and accuracy; flag missing/unclear items and take ownership of corrective follow-up.
• Support continuous improvement of tracking processes and documentation standards to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
