US Senior Bookkeeper US Accounting Firm WFH

Schedule: Monday - Friday (10PM - 7AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

• At least 4+ years of experience in US bookkeeping
• Must have US bookkeeping work experience
• Proficient in using QuickBooks Online
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Efficient, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  
  

What will you do?

• Perform expense and revenue coding and analysis for 20 to 40 business and personal accounts.
• Execute weekly and monthly reconciliations, encompassing bank accounts, liabilities, investments, and other balance sheet items.
• Prepare and review comprehensive monthly financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and providing actionable insights, draft explanatory notes for Account Manager evaluation.
• Develop detailed monthly cash flow statements and budgets/forecasts for clients, emphasizing accuracy, potential concerns, and key insights, and compile supporting notes for Account Manager review.
• Process client invoices for Account Manager authorization and payment processing.
• Aid account managers with a range of client-focused tasks and special projects as required.
• Oversee the review of bi-weekly payroll runs and associated payroll tax payments.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of client financial dashboards.
• Support the tax team in preparing quarterly state and federal tax estimate calculations.
• Assist the tax team with the preparation of annual client tax workpapers.
