Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PH Time (M-F)

Salary: P60,000 - P80,000

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing U.S. legal documents, extracting information, organizing it into a database, analyzing U.S. legal documents, and identifying potential issues, preparing reports and presentations and providing administrative support to the executive.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct title searches and review property records
  • Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds.
  • Assist in the closing process, including organizing and coordinating closing documents.
  • Manage and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Coordinate with title companies and surveyors to resolve title issues.
  • Assist attorneys in legal research and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, filing, and document management.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years of experience as a real estate paralegal in a US law firm.
  • Proficiency in CLIO Practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate law and related regulations is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to client service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JD Degree
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of legal real estate industry-specific terminology and trends.
