US Dispatcher US Towing Services WFH

Schedule: 6-day work week (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM PHT)

• MUST HAVE US Dispatch experience
• Working experience in the logistics industry
• Basic computer skills including email, maps, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

What will you do?

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team. If you are organized, great with people, and able to multitask, we want to hear from you! This position requires someone who can handle multiple calls, coordinate drivers, and provide excellent customer service while staying calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers in a professional manner- Dispatch drivers to service calls quickly and efficiently
• Monitor driver locations and update job statuses- Manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Handle urgent or emergency situations calmly and professionally- Maintain accurate records of calls and service requests
• During slower periods, assist with business development by researching potential clients, property managers, and businesses that may need towing services
• Send professional outreach emails to companies that may benefit from our services
• Prepare and complete an end-of-shift report or schedule summarizing calls, driver activity, and any pending jobs for the next shift
