US Dispatcher US Medical And Logistics Industry WFH

Shift Schedule

• Saturday: 5:45 PM - 1:30 PM PH Time
• Sunday-Tuesday: 6:45 PH - 5:30 PM PH Time
  
  

• 2+ years of experience as a Dispatcher supporting US clients in a Logistics industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knows how to navigate Tool Maps (e.g. Google Maps etc.)
• Proficient in navigating MS Office Application & Google Workspace.
• Dedicated and highly organized in work.
  
  

• Scope of work:
• Monitor and manage active deliveries
• Update customers and drivers on ETAs and delays
• Handle re-dispatch in case of failed delivery
• Manage basic customer inquiries via phone/email/chat/client web portals
• Prepare a brief nightly report/handover for the day team
• Coverage Model: One dedicated dispatcher + shared backup for contingencies
• Languages: Must have excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Technology: Ability to work within our TMS/dispatch software (training provided) and our clients web portals.
• Service Level Expectations:
• Answer calls within 15 seconds on average
• Resolve or escalate urgent issues immediately
• Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in customer communications
