Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT)

What Were Looking For Must-Have Skills

• Mid-level experience in UI Design or Product Design for digital products
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout
• Excellent visual attention to detail (spacing, typography, hierarchy, alignment)
• Experience working closely with engineering teams on live SaaS products
• Ability to QA UI designs against production builds
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals to support build accuracy
• Strong written and asynchronous communication skills
  
  

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience maintaining or scaling a design system
• Background in UI QA or visual regression testing
• Familiarity with responsive layouts across desktop and mobile
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams
  
  

What Youll Do

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for the visual execution and quality assurance of the application. The role focuses on delivering clean, consistent, production-ready UI and acting as the final quality gate before work is considered complete. UX direction and product decisions are owned by the Founder; this role ensures those directions are executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities UI Design & Delivery

• Translate provided UX flows and product direction into high-quality UI designs
• Produce production-ready screens and components in Figma
• Maintain and extend the existing design system (components, styles, spacing)
• Ensure visual consistency across all areas of the product
  
  

UI Quality Assurance

• QA all UI changes built and deployed by engineering
• Validate that live UI accurately matches approved Figma designs
• Identify and document UI issues, including:
• Spacing, alignment, and typography
• Visual hierarchy
• Component states (hover, focus, disabled, loading, error)
• Responsiveness and layout issues
• Raise clear, actionable UI issues for engineering to resolve
• Act as the final visual quality gate before work is signed off

Design System Ownership

• Own the accuracy, cleanliness, and usability of the UI component library
• Ensure consistent reuse of components by both design and engineering
• Improve clarity and structure of the system to reduce ambiguity and rework
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with engineers during build phases
• Clarify UI details, edge cases, and interaction states before development begins
• Support fast delivery through clear, unambiguous designs
• Communicate effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment
