Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist with TikTok Ads Management expertise to support our clients with TikTok Ad management and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing, digital ad strategy, and ad budgeting.
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager.
Upload ads through TikTok ads manager to TikTok campaigns from the clients created ads.
Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to support affiliate initiatives and direct acquisition goals.
Use TikTok creator content to launch ads on TikTok ads manager by using Spark ads.
Create copywriting to use for the TikTok ad.
Manage Ad strategies to maximize campaign ROI on TikTok.
Create weekly comprehensive reports for TikTok accounts and campaigns.
Support administrative tasks related to campaign setup, reporting, and client communications.
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages align with performance goals.
Track, measure, and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and overall campaign profitability.
What will you do?
Proven experience with media buying.
Extensive hands-on experience with TikTok Ads.
Strong English communication skills.
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to create compelling written and visual content.
Familiarity with AI tools (Claude AI) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
