Job Description
- 10 plus years of total QA experience with 4 plus years in a Test Manager or Test Lead role
- Strong hands-on automation experience using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or equivalent
- Solid understanding of API testing using Postman, RestAssured and test data management
- Proven experience in CI/CD environments such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps
- Domain expertise in insurance including life, health, or property and casualty systems such as policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile or Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
