Tendering And Project Officer

Job Title: Tendering & Project Officer – Electrification & Automation

Youll make a difference by:

• Leading the full tender process including scoping, costing, technical clarifications, preparation of Bills of Materials, and pricing strategies for LV/MV switchgear, protection & control systems, substation automation, SCADA, and digital power solutions.
• Preparing compliant technical and commercial proposals, conducting risk assessments, aligning cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams, and participating in customer meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
• Managing projects from contract award to handover and warranty closure, including establishing project baseline (scope, schedule, budget, risk register), coordinating engineering, procurement, production, FAT, logistics, installation, commissioning, and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  
  

Your defining qualities:

• 3–5 years in tendering, engineering, project management, or related roles in the Power/Electrification & Automation industry; experience with LV/MV switchgear, power systems, protection & control, or substation automation preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, SLDs, protection schemes, SCADA/automation, and relevant standards (IEC, ANSI, PEC, utility specifications).
• Experienced in tendering, project management, costing, commercial terms, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, accountable, results-driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, ensuring project delivery, bid accuracy, and high customer satisfaction.
