Location / Shift OfficeFlex, Evening Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description This role requires someone with excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solid experience in scheduling meetings/appointments. Key Skills & Experience:

  • Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services (minimum of 100 calls per day).
  • Identifying and qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings.
  • Contributing to new customer acquisition and overall sales growth while maintaining the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services (at least 100 calls daily).
  • Generate leads by identifying and qualifying prospects through effective communication.
  • Provide detailed information about our offshore operations model to interested clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies.
  • Track and report on call metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Achieve or exceed daily and weekly telemarketing targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions.
  • Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals.
