Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer with 2–4 years of experience in outbound calling and sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, can build rapport with customers, and is comfortable working with sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. (250 calls per week)

Introduce products and services professionally.

Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.

Handle questions and objections effectively.

Schedule appointments and generate sales opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate customer records.

Update leads and activities in the CRM system.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, any other related roles.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Confident and professional phone manner.

Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.

Customer-focused and results-oriented.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
