MR Ops L2 Support Specialist to provide Level 2 operational support for Managed Resources (MR) systems. This role is critical in maintaining system reliability and performance, with a focus on resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth operations across platforms.

Note: All Level 3 responsibilities and escalations will be handled by the Globe MR Team.

What will your job look like?

  • Provide Level 2 support for MR Ops systems, including incident resolution, service request handling, and operational monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, scheduling, and system performance.
  • Collaborate with the Globe MR Team for L3 escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Maintain and update support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and ensure coverage during weekends and holidays.
  • Monitor workflows and job executions using tools like Airflow/Anow and DBT.
  • Support data operations and reporting using Snowflake and Google Suite (GSheet).

All you need is...

  • Required:
    • BS Degree Graduate preferably IT, Computer Science (Technical course).
    • Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Airflow/Anow, DBT, and Google Suite (especially GSheet).
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a production support environment.
    • Familiarity with incident and change management processes.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    • with 4+ years of professional work experience.
    • Willing to work on a Hybrid Set up, 3x per week, Dayshift in BGC, Taguig City.
    • Local Hiring only.
Preferred

  • Experience in MR Ops or similar operational support roles.
  • Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus.
  • Telecom background and experience.
  • Participation in on-call rotation is required.
