Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

Position Summary

Your goal is to qualify 20+ inbound leads weekly from the Atera website, focusing on providing technical demos and supporting the sales pipeline for the Australian/New Zealand region.

  • Rapid Lead Qualification: Proactively manage and qualify a high volume of inbound leads during local Australian business hours to maintain engagement momentum.
  • Technical Product Demos: Conduct sophisticated, end-to-end demonstrations of Atera’s ITSM platform, showcasing its value proposition and solving specific client pain points.
  • Trial Management: Guide prospective clients through the trial deployment phase, answering complex technical questions and ensuring a high conversion rate.
  • Strategic Follow-up: Own the sales funnel from qualification to close, reducing friction and accelerating deal velocity.
  • Market Positioning: Act as a credible, solution-oriented partner to technology buyers, using technical expertise to build trust and authority

Skills & Qualifications Essential

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • IT background such as IT support, IT operations, service desk, MSP experience, or similar.
  • Excellent customer service and phone communication skills.
  • Good business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Confidence in outbound calling and sales engagement.

Highly Desirable

  • Familiarity with ITSM, RMM, PSA, or remote monitoring tools.
  • Prior exposure to tools such as Atera, NinjaOne, N-able, ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA.
  • Ability or willingness to learn to conduct product demos.
  • Experience in pre-sales or technical account management.
