Technical Lead AU MSP WFH

Schedule: Monday - Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Developer role, providing expertise in architecture, solution design, and QA oversight
• Software development experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, and .NET within web-based applications (preferably SaaS environments)
• Proven experience building integrations using internal and external APIs
• Strong front-end development experience
• Experience working across all areas of the web development lifecycle (requirements gathering, implementation, testing, deployment)
• Experience overseeing QA processes and ensuring code quality across development teams
• Experience working within an Agile (SCRUM) development environment highly regarded
• Experience with cloud hosting environments and CI/CD build pipelines is desirable
• Experience or knowledge of PHP is advantageous

What will you do?

• Providing technical leadership for web development within URBAN Xs Website Team
• Migrating existing CMS-based client websites from WordPress to Webflow and building new Webflow websites for onboarding agencies using templates
• Writing and implementing efficient code in TypeScript and C#
• Designing and building integrations with internal and external APIs
• Managing the web development lifecycle from assessing requirements through to deployment
• Providing accurate estimates of tasks in the product backlog and meeting agreed deadlines
• Maintaining documentation across systems and applications to support onboarding and future maintenance
• Overseeing QA strategy and testing processes, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure high-quality releases
• Conducting code reviews and maintaining development standards and best practices
• Providing technical guidance to the team
• Contributing to system architecture and technical decision-making, ensuring scalability, performance, and security of applications
• Evaluating and recommending new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency
• Collaborating with marketing, internal stakeholders, and client teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs
• Assisting with building new systems and features across the business during quieter periods
• Building and maintaining website templates and UI components using Figma designs to ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
