The Product and Process Analyst (Technical Business Analyst) is responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions that support organizational objectives. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, the role drives requirements gathering, process improvement, solution design, and system implementation. The Product and Process Analyst collaborates closely with developers, architects, and business users to optimize workflows, support system integrations, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure technology solutions deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to design and implement technology solutions.
• Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
• Support API integration, system interoperability, and data flow requirements.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution review sessions.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, system requirements, and technical artifacts.
• Assist in system testing, validation, and issue resolution to ensure solution quality.
• Conduct data analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance requirements, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, System Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience working on API development and integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and business process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data analysis, and process improvement practices is an advantage.
