This position is responsible for securing request Tugboat Assistance. Ensure Provision of Freighter, Proper Handling of Batangas Vessel’s RVF and In-charge in Tugboat and water barge Operation.
What you’ll do (your mission)
Assist in Technical Supt. in Tugboat and Water Barge Operation.
Securing documents of fresh water request for transaction at North Port & PPA.
Properly coordinated the fresh water request from Vessel to Barge.
Monitor the loading of fresh water to make sure sufficient supply to vessels.
Consolidate Barges & Tug report for documentation
In-charge at North Port in Requesting for Berth Application.
Request for Berth Form from North Port Berthing Dept to proceed the process.
Waiting approval from the Customer Service/ Cash billing from North Port.
Apply for berthing the Tugboat/ Water barge then proceed for payment thru RF.
Properly Monitor RF balance at North Port.
Monitor enough Fuel and Lube oil for tug and barge consumption
Request from Barge personnel their report for proper monitoring
Properly process their Lube oil and Fuel request.
Coordinate from Fuel Supplier for the delivery.
In-charge in requesting of Tugboat to North Harbor Tug thru approval of SMD Head.
Properly coordinated to North Harbor Tug for securing Tug services.
Established contact to Tug Boat and coordinate with 2GO vessels.
Properly Handling SRD’s Provision to make sure covered with the budget.
Properly check crews onboard for provision’s budget
Request from the approval of SMD head.
Proceed the process of SRD provision.
Coordinate from the Supplier.
Request from North Port SVEP.
Properly monitor to make sure the provision is delivered onboard.Produce sale communication materials for all business units
Request for SVEP and Entry Pass for delivery personnel and hotel Operation from North Port.
Assist in handling/ Monitoring of Batangas vessel for their Deck and Engine Request/Supplies.
Perform other related duties that may be required by leader of fleet
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Professional Experience
At least 1–3 years of experience in maritime operations, port coordination, technical administration, or logistics .
Experience working with port authorities, vessel operations, or shipping companies is an advantage.

Strong understanding of port operations, vessel support services, and maritime documentation.
Ability to process RFs, SVEPs, berth applications, and operational requests accurately.
Familiarity with fuel, water, and provision monitoring.

Highly organized and detail-oriented .
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple operational priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Licensure / Certification Required
None required ; maritime-related training or certifications are an advantage.
Technical Competencies (Systems & Tools)
Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel.
Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Strong data monitoring, documentation, and reporting capabilities.
