Job Description
Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking personnel to support back-end assembly and test operations, ensuring compliance with internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Die preparation and attachment, bonding, molding, trim & form, testing, and general quality checks are part of the role.
You will organize stocks, assemble per plan using machines and tools, supervise a team, instruct operators, and proactively solve process issues to keep production on track.
