We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Resourcer at Interact Software plays a key role in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, directly supporting our ambitious growth plans and helping us attract the right people to build innovative software.

In this role you will work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to develop strong pipelines of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of exceptional individuals to meet our evolving business needs. Ultimately, you will contribute significantly to bringing in the people who drive Interact’s continued success and market leadership.

A Little About You...

  • Proven experience in a resourcing or recruitment support role.
  • Demonstrable experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Track record of successfully identifying and engaging with passive candidates.
  • Experience in conducting initial candidate screenings.
  • Exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience working within a software or technology company is desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Understanding of various sourcing methodologies and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
  • Familiarity with different interview techniques and candidate assessment methods.
  • Awareness of current talent market trends, particularly within the tech sector.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.

About the role...

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Successfully identify and engage a targeted number of passive candidates each week.
  • Ensure accurate, up‑to‑date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Achieve strong candidate engagement rates that drive higher interview conversions.
  • Contribute to a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through interview coordination.
  • Execute targeted talent searches across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage potential candidates using a range of outreach methods.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate ATS records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and ongoing candidate communications.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural alignment.
  • Generate creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑find talent and help build niche talent communities.
  • Assist in crafting compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content.
  • Participate in market research to identify talent trends and competitor insights.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract a diverse and high‑quality candidate pool.
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and role requirements.
