Salary: P60,000 - P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related field
  • 3+ years experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and related
  • Strong administration experience (high-volume environment preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving capability with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, customer-focused approach with absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Australian-based teams or supporting Australian operations.
  • Familiarity with the Australian candidate market, communication styles, and workplace norms.
  • Exposure to Australian employment conditions and key elements of employment legislation (beneficial).
  • Experience using PageUp, SuccessFactors, or similar ATS platforms.
  • Familiarity with recruitment reporting and metrics.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

What will you do? Candidate Support & Issue Resolution Continuous Improvement & TA Support .

  • End-to-End Compliance Management
    • Manage all pre-employment checks (police, VEVO/right-to-work including complex visas, medicals, qualifications/licences, and role-specific clearances).
    • Identify discrepancies or risks and escalate to TA, IT, HSEQ, or HR as required.
    • Liaise with candidates to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation.
    • Track compliance progress in internal systems and proactively resolve delays to prevent start-date impacts.
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and ensure all checks are completed prior to commencement.
    • Act as the first point of contact for candidate queries during offer and onboarding stages.
    • Troubleshoot system access issues, compliance queries, medical/police delays, and incomplete documentation.
    • Deliver clear, proactive communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Maintain templates, SOPs, and FAQs, and follow up on outstanding requirements through to completion.
    • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
    • Support reporting (dashboards, hiring updates, pending clearances).
    • Assist in refining workflows, templates, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.
